No power coming from coil packs

Have the coils checked at your local parts store.
Okay i will. Would both go out at same time? If I disconnect the battery for awhile it will start again. Could it be something else?
It's been good for a couple weeks then just won't start. I've had ignition module checked. It's good. Its like I go mess with the wires and it will start. Thought it was a connection unplugged it ran for two weeks then just won't start again.
I've got power going to wire harness to coils just nothing coming out to spark plug wire
Ok, that tells me a lot. So yes have the coil packs checked at an auto parts store, So you say you checked the ignition control module, that should be good. And there is a crankshaft sensor and a camshaft sensor on there. The crankshaft sensor is the one that will go out. There pretty cheap, $20. I am assuming that the spark plug & coil wires are good. To check those it is 8000Ω per foot.
