1994 Mercury Grand Marquis power
windows will not moce up or down. I
hear the motor running, but windiws
don't move. How do I repair this myself
please?

Replace the window regulator about $100 Drivers window always fails first more cycles on it. Even, if the motor turns replace the complete assemble! Simple to change out.

Just finished doing just that on my 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis, there are several videos on line that can help you. Parts Geek has regulators for about $40, be sure to order one with the motor included, I does require a few tools most folks do not have in their garage.
