Horn stopped working

The right turn signal stopped rapid flasing, but now the horn will not work? What is the problem? How do I fix this?

check the fuses, then the relay,but before buy a new horn, disconnect the horn, it's behind the bumper on drivers side. It has one bolt holding two horns. take the connecting wires off and clean. I used a small file and cleaned the contacts. it worked for me

01 Mercury Grand Marquis put new heater core in now the cruise and Horn do not work what's the problem

I changed the heater core, dropped the steering column to do it. Anyway, seems the clock spring behind the steering wheel went bad. No horn, airbag light and no cruise control. How depressing......
