What fuses effect ALL 1997 Mercury Marquis Ls lights including dash and turn signals?

Someone stole 2 large fuses and 1 small fuse out of the main fuse box under hood of car. May have stolen inside ones as well...Don't know. have( no Manuel) and dealers won't answer their phones.  I have no lights of any kind. No dash lights ,no turn signals, no headlights, no brake lights, no stop lights,no dash lights, no 4 way lights, no dome lights, nothing.

All of those functions are fuses. Small blue and yellow. Napa Auto parts have them. Only other source/dealers.Google NAPA online for addresses and phone numbers. NOTE: reg. Auto zone, etc. will not sell U these fuses. They sent me to dealer. Friend saved me by telling me Napa carry's many parts for less that dealerships charge more for.Hope that is helpful to Mercury owners.Mine is Merc Gran Marquis 97 Ls 4 door Sedan.
