1997 merc. Grand Marquis. Wants to turn right or left worse the faster you go!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The car has new front end repair new tires new steering box.  Has been aligned three
times times. The last time I took it to Jacks wheel alignment on Thomas rd. in
Phoenix
argueably the best in town.  He puled the tie rods. checked all parts put it back
together handed me my keys said no charge I cant fix it.  So it sits in my drive way.
Is there anyone on this planet that can fix this problem so I can at least sell it with a
clear conscience.   Thanks Bob Phx.

I appreciate the response, could the power steering unit affect this? I'm not sure if I mentioned that I had the best front end shop guy only dies allignment and suspension work, 35 years doing that. He checked out everthing he could think of. He even pulled off the tie rods to see if king pins ? were sticking. Well I guess I will have someone that should know about the calipers Also shocks, which are probably not involved but maybe the sway bar or the drag link. Thanks again, Bob In SUNNY Phoenix.
