Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello,
my Grand Marquis's engine stops when I move my leg away from the gas
pedal and start braking, it happens very frequently, I've replaced all of the
spark plugs along with their cables, changed the gas filter, cleaned the
injection parts with a spray, but it still happens. Does pressing the brake
pedal has to do anything with this? the diagnostic check says that the
electrical parts are good, but I doubt it.

It's kind of hard to explain you will have to let a mechanic Drive the vehicle so they can get a feel of when it actually shuts off that's the only way they will know exactly what the problem is

Sounds like you have a bad brake booster check valve. Valve is bad letting air from the brake booster to be pushed back into engine.
