Have power but won't turn over

We don't seem to be getting power to the starter to
turn it over

Is the battery charged up and good? Hear any clicking? Could be a lot of things, like ignition switch, starter, wiring.

Try flipping your battery terminal upside down or replace them maybe the battery ignition switch could be faulty
