My 99 grand Marquis I turn the turn signal on does

Ok so just your front blinks not the side ones at all? Because my front ones do my yellow marker light stay solid and the 3rd light which is behind the clear part of the corner light only comes on when I use my turn signal and stays constant until I turn my turn signal off
