Why won't car crank after replacing starter

Car won't start up after replacing starter
It turns over but engine not cranking

Not cranking? same as turn over? Check fuel pump relays (2), fuel pressure, listen to see if fuel pump is working. Happened to mine, needed a new fuel pump in the tank. i replaced both relays first, easy to get at auto store.
