Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a new battery and my car still won't
crank. I have a 99 Marquis. When I connected the
battery the car tries to start itself repeatedly with
NO KEYS. What is the issue this is scary to me

It sounds like your starter solenoid is malfunctioning. I would disconnect the battery until you get it fixed or it may crank until it catches fire. Engine probably can't actually start with the key off, but get a new starter which includes a solenoid mounted piggy back on the starter.
