car wont crank

I have a 2000 grand marquis i had my battery changed and ends i went to crank it today
and everything went out and the car didnt make a sound so i unplugged the cable for
about 10 seconds tighten my ends and all my lights came bk on so i waited 30min an
tried to crank it an it cranked right up but on my way home i saw my headlights flicker but
once i got home i turned the car off and tried to crank it again and it did the samething
what do you think is wrong?

Bad battery connections. Tighten and clean the connections. Inspect the cable ends. If they are old they might be cracked and not tightening all the way down.

Start where the work was just done. They may have left something loose or cracked a battery terminal. Check the ground where it bolts to the frame or body for loose corroded connections.
