Grand Marquis 2000 idling rough and missing

My car took a balljoint break down and the hit
made the security theft engage I jud got it out the
shop after they got it too crank and wen I crunk it
the engine was idling rough I notice too spark
plugs wasn't cathing fire it not the plugd or the
coils witch make me think it's a computer problem
but wen I put the diagnostic  machine on it the
code say bad circuit and now wen I switch from
park too drive the car feels like it's about too cut off
I have kno idea wat it could be maybe the wire
harness or maybe the computer idk I jus need help

What code(s) did you get? I would suspect a bad coil.

I thought it was the coils too the front too coils on the driver side aren't getting fire I put new coils in still no fire then the tested the plugs I thought we're bad and it turn out the we're good I switched the wiring as well still no luck

Switch the coils and plugs from the cylinders that are missing with the coils and plugs from known good cylinders. If the miss moves it is either the plug or the coil. If the miss does not move then it could be a fuel injector or wiring issue.
