Battery in my 2000 grand marquis

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I own a 2000 grand marquis. It's cold out side from a
recent blizzard. I'm sure we all know about it in the
midwest. Anywho. My car wasn't starting. The battery
signal turned on after a couple of attempt crank on the
ignition. I've attempted to jumpstart it but it just doesnt
seem to do the trick.  Anyone else know what might be the
problem?

Remove the battery then take it inside to charge it may be frozen, a warm fully charged battery should do it

Make sure the battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. Nothing is froze-up, correct? Park in heated garage, if possible, and or try a block heater, see if easier to start?

Bad battery? Bad cell rendering battery bad? You don’t want to run the car with a battery that is too low on charge because you will kill alternator trying to produce too much.
