Your Blender Door Actuator is located under the dashboard right under the radio. You have to take out the whole dashboard.

I took the dash out but not all of the way.. I cut out the metal that was obstructing my way ..

An idea of what you will be looking at.. When dropping the steering column make sure to detach the indicator string or it will break..
