I want to reset or bypass the alarm system

I have a mercy grand marquis ls we had to replace
the ignition switch and had to pop the lock from
outside to get in now the alarm system won't let it
start how can I bypass  or reset the alarm

You will have to have the ECU reprogrammed to recognize the new key. This will require a Ford dealership or a locksmith with the proper equipment. The PATS system can not be easily deactivated.
