My fan went out. My windows keep fogging up.
And when I turn on defrost, steam came from the
vent. i smell antifreeze

Replace the heater core , The fan a different problem

If you don't need heat bypass the heater core, and the fan if you mean the air conditioning fan that blows air in the dash either it is bad or the blower motor resistor both located in the engine compartment behind the washer fluid bottle
