My car heater is just blowing cold air out of it n i change my thermostat, n full my cooling,i know it not my blower bc it blowing n i would like to know what else it could be

There could be a circulation problem in your cooling system that is not allowing the coolant to get to the heater core in the dash. Is your engine temperature at normal operating level? It could be time for a cooling system flush..

Of course you can take it to a garage or if you are a do-it yourselfer, they sell flush kits at pretty much any auto parts store. Instructions are usually included in the kit. The flush can be performed with a simple garden hose.
