Blower motor

I have a 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis and the
blower motor quit blowing it does not blow on heat
nor does it Blow on AC sometimes it goes in and
out like real quickly on off on off but now it's not
blowing at all what could it possibly be when I flip
the switch up too high you can hear a little click
noise and that's it but I still feel barely when I say
barely I mean barely any heat coming out the vent
please help me with this matter it's very cold thank
you

If the blower motor has power and the fuse is good, then you either have a failed blower motor resistor pack or fan switch. I don't know if an 01 Grand Marquis had the electronic climate control, aka EATC. Try running blower on it's highest speed - if that works then it is definitely the resistor pack. If not, then you'll have to see if it's getting power. If it is then and still no blower you have a bad blower motor. You can drop glove box door and interior of glove box to gain access to blower motor.
