anti theft p.a.t.s. system locked out

where can i get a p.a.t.s. replacement?  one in the car is fried, have new
ignition, keys, and ecm unit.  can't get car started, need to replace anti theft. or
ideas?????

You're going back to your local Ford Dealer for this. There's no other way to fix it! Sorry! Jim

Your local Ford Dealer will need to program the new parts to the vehicle after they're installed. Best to let them handle it. There's really no way around this. Jim
