Electrical issues? 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis

My 2003 grand marquis has been having an issue recently. Ill be driving and
out of no where the radio seizes up and starts to crackle, with a few things
happening. The ABS, traction light, battery light, airbag, and brake light all
turn on. The battery indicator then shows a voltage of "H". The transmission
starts to act funny and the power steering goes out. All it takes to temporarily
fix this is resetting the cars computer by disconnecting the battery for 5
minutes. After driving 40-50 miles, it happens again. Everyday before I leave
i reset the computer and its just starting to become a hassle and I can no
longer rely on the vehicle.

In the picture I have attached it shows a check engine light too, but this is
just for an o2 sensor.

Did you ever figure out the problem? I have an 03 Grand Marquis as well and I'm having the same issue. I'm not afraid to get under the hood but I've replaced my terminals, battery and alternator now but I cant figure out what's causing this. If you had any ideas that might point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it.
