intermittent headlights

I would make sure the headlight harnesses are plugged in tightly. If they are, then there is probably a short somewhere between the headlights and the battery and you will have to trace the circuit until you find the short.
thanks Jonathan, just got back to this site as you can see I posted the same Q again.

I just had that problem and replaced the light control module which solved the problem. Mine is a 2004 model also. Question for you: When you open the driver's door to get in, do you have a chime going off? After replacing the light module, Mine chimes when I open the driver's door even though no key is in the ignition. Open any other door and it doesn't chime. VisualTracker
What was the cost of the LCM and labor charges? Have you had the problem since? Thanks, ron

Cost was $500, most of which was a new LCM. No problem since. I searched online and found a refurbished module much cheaper (Appr $200), but with no lights, chose to have a new/readily available module installed.
