Rotors are out of round have rotor resurfaced or replaced.

Not only could it be the front rotors out of round also could be a collapsed brake hose or seized caliper piston but 90% percent of the time it's the rotors.

I like the drilled and slotted rotors from Rockauto.com. The factory rotors on these cars aren't very good to start with. A siezed caliper piston would make that wheel feel hotter than the other, and it might smoke. New rotors and pads, and inspect the brake lines.

The thing about brake hoses is they do not collapse from the outside they collapse on the inside so if you are looking at the outside there is not going to be any evidence that it is collapsing on the inside.
