Brake lights not working

04 mercury grand marquis changed brake light
switch, has power coming from switch when brake
is pressed. bulbs are good, still no lights please
help.

This vehicle has a lighting control module so you might save time paying someone to read the codes.

Only reason I'm skeptical on that is all other lights work fine with no problems. Is there anything else that could cause this
