Look at the cable connection "battery to under hood fuse box". It is a short cable that splits off of the battery positive cable and connects to the side of the fuse box just to the rear of the battery. This connection can sometimes get dirty or loose and cause similar problems. Also check the battery to engine ground cable where it attaches to the engine.
