Rear end

I have 04 grand marquis and the drive shaft
fell out so i replaced it but as i replaced it i
noticed that my rear end was facing upward
where you link ujoint and my right rear tire is
touching fender walks

That sounds like there is some major damage to the rear suspension. Possibly broken spring mounts.

You are going to need a tow on a flatbed to a suspension shop.

at that angle its no wonder the driveshaft blew the u joint ???
