2006 Mercury Grand Marquis. 250,000 km. Engine misses on snowy day in winter but never in the summer. what's up?

Look for the easy stuff first. Check for vacuum leaks. A cold engine exaggerates a miss and it could also be a leak, when cold, and then as the engine warms up and expands, the leak is sealed again.
