2006 Mercury Grand Marquis in rough shape

Got a 2006 LS GM just passed the 144k mark and
it's got a few problems. We didn't take good care if
it like we should have. From what I know, it needs a
head gasket, coil packs, injector (just one, maybe
more, not sure), power steering pump, and the Cats
and AC need looked at. There's also some body
damage which caused the passenger airbag
sensor to go bad. Thinking of selling it. KBB says
it's worth $1600 in fair condition, but I'm thinking
more like $1000 due to its condition. What are your
thoughts?

Well that's obvious. I'm just trying to figure out a good starting point for negotiation.
Scrap it. $200 is all it is worth. The repairs are probably 4 or 5 grand.
Can't do that. Whatever I get for this car will go towards the down payment on a new car.
That is all it is worth. Sorry but that is the hard truth. The car is a POS.
Thanks for your input.
Put it up for sale at a grand and see if you have any suckers, er buyers respond.
