2006 Grand Marquis, won't start. Have lights, radio, etc, turn to start everything goes dead, leave off key everything comes back on, battery 100%
Possible bad starter, or bad battery connections, or cables.

Clean those battery cables, take them off and brush and scrape with a tool. I'm sure that's what it is.
