I have a 2003 Spyder Eclipse convertible. Yesterday, the top would not go down and the clock and radio also did not work. Today the clock and radio are working. Any thoughts to the cause?

take a look at your fusebox...it we are lucky we just overloaded the motor there~
Agree with Judge....sounds like it might be worth giving the fuses a once over, just to be sure. I had a very minor and very temporary glitch in raising my power top on my MX-5...just a fluke and nothing really wrong with it.
Do you have the infinity sound system in your car? If so and your top leaks like most of them do get ready to replace the system with a new radio. Under your passenger front seat you will find the main control box for that system. And if your top leaks the box is getting wet. My wife's started doing weird stuff like you mentioned right before hers almost caught her car on fire. Drive safe
