Visually check your rubber line brake lines, make sure none of them are being pinched or bound up. When you turn one of them may be stretching too much, especially if it got hung up somehow. Wouldn't hurt either to check that your tires aren't contacting anything, like the fender. Are these tires the stock size or larger?

Check your ball joint,s,and tie rod ends if it only does it when you turn.

If its the rear then check the rubber pipe, sometimes it looks ok but is partially blocked on one side then the brake shoes could touch and clip until the brake is pressed again
