where is fule filter located

under the car. start at the gas tank and move forward toward the engine. It's usually along the drivers side between the wheel wells. unless it's been replaced recently it will be rusty. Soak the fittings with PB blaster off and on over the course of a day or 2. It will make getting the lines off a lot easier hopefully without stripping the nuts on the fuel lines.

My 1990 olds cutlass ciera wants to start but wont fire. What would be the problem ?
