1992 cutlass supreme heat problems

I have a 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass
Supreme 3.1 L The vacuum lines
have been repaired. Blower works
great. Heater core has been
flushed. New thermostat. Still it
blows cold air.

Can't remember what it's called, but there's a vacuum operated valve under the dash that opens and closes a gate in the ductwork that closes off the hot air when its not required. It's quite possible that diverter valve has failed and isn't opening when it should.
