Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Working on a 95 Cutlass supreme 3100 SFI. Car will start,
and then stall immediately within 3-5 seconds. I have
verified it isnt the MAF, MAP.  I have voltage at the Coil
modual, have not checked the resistance on the coils yet
for internment failure, but I have verified that I am getting
spark to all cylinders.
I have replaced spark plugs, PCV, Oil change so far.
Tomorrow I am doing a fuel pressure test, and vacuum
smoke test. I have spent 2 hours ensuring all vacuum lines
are not cracked and not loose/unplugged. In the beginning I
found the PCV hose was rotted out at the intake fitting, and
have replaced that as well.
The only inspection issues I found, is a loose connector,
that looks identical to the purge valve (If I'm not mistaken,
see picture). I cant see or feel anything close to its span,
except the purge valve. Any ideas?? For a different motor?

The only other thing I found weird is a vacuum T hose
under the fuse box. It comes from the intake and goes
below the fuse box to a T and then to the firewall with a
wiring harness. The bottom of the T is open, but I cant tell if
its sealed plastic? Or indeed open. I cant see any loose vac
lines near this, or any unplugged ports a line could go to,
but if anyone can tell me what I'm missing if at all.

Lastly, when I pulled the DTC I get a repeat low voltage MAF
inlet, and repeat multiple misfire. Again I have verified twice
that the MAF is in perfect working condition, along with the
MAP.

Anyone have any ideas I can try? At this point I am
guessing I'll have a weak pump, but hoping for a missed
vacuum line. I'll update tomorrow.

Thanks!

So I tested fuel pressure at the fuel rail, and got 15 PSI after 4-5 ignition on cycles. It stopped increasing after the 3rd cycle. Then I started the car and it dropped to 12-13 PSI. This is normal correct? Also I did the vacuum smoke test, there was no leaks, it just came pouring out the air filter. I hooked my fogger up to the brake booster hose, flowing towards the intake manifold. I'm stumped. Only thing I can think, is bad coils. Idk...

Yeah lol, realized that last night after I looked in the Haynes. I am going to order the fuel pump and pressure reg today

Is there a way to professionally clean injectors without damaging them? Figured I'd clean up the fuel system completely
