Plugged Radiator

The "easiest" way is to take it to a mechanic-
How do you know its plugged? Is it leaking as well? Have you tried having the system flushed? Inquiring minds...
It runs hot and has large bubbles blowing into the overflow tank. I an not getting any water to the upper hose and heater hoses. I did change the thermostat as well.
Aha! That's what we needed to know! Your radiator is fine. You've got air trapped in the system from when you changed the thermostat. That car may have a bleeder valve near the thermostat that is used to get the air out. It can be a bit tricky to do, but one way or another the air has to come out and the system has to be full of coolant for it to work properly. Do that first before replacing anything else. If you can't get the air out take it to a shop and have them do it for you. They can flush a pressure test the system for you as well while they're at it which could be money well spent on an older car like yours.
I will do that. Thank you so much for the help. I appreciate it
