Help! Van stalls for no apparent reason..

97 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE stalls while driving for no apparent reason.  Trying to figure out how to troubleshoot.

If it was me i would do little things like new fuel injectors, rotor cap, spark plugs, and plug wires.
