95 grand am

Drove this car from Connecticut to the Florida
Alabama area with no issues. Went to go to the
store the next day and it started puttering. I
changed the plugs and boots, battery test is good.
Any advice? It wants to turn over but almost seems
like its not getting enough oxygen? There's plenty
of gas and oil
