Brakes

Brakes are out, also the brake peddle goes
all the way to the floor & don't work. Just
curious on what this issue could be. .

Fluid leak external, fluid leak internal, bypass internal...in the master cylinder. If you have recent repairs it can be trapped air in the system, and a system bleed can be a prove out for the part needing replacement. You cannot drive it like that. start with inspection and only you know what's been done up to now.
If you have other failures mechanically or hydraulically in the system, they can give the same symptoms somewhat. Inspecting all 4 wheel brakes is indicated.
peddle is spelled , brake pedal, the other kind means you are trying to move some merchandise for a profit. just keeping terms clear.
Sounds like a bad master cylinder. Also check the brake lines and fittings for leakage. If the master cylinder tank is full, then the cylinder is likely the problem. Also, ensure that the rod connecting the brake pedal to the master cylinder is attached.
