Rear tire shifted to the rear

Asked by Dave Mar 04, 2018 at 01:55 PM about the 1997 Pontiac Grand Am 4 Dr GT Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a 1997 pontiac grand am. After
driving it for a few days my rear driver's tire has
started rubbing against the rear of the wheel well.
Any way of repairing this?

I think you have a broken suspension part. Don't drive it until it is repaired, not even to the shop.

Agreed! Sounds like the whole axle has come loose or some bracket or strut has broken. Very dangerous. Call a tow truck and get it inspected and fixed.
