sounds like head gasket time- good diagnosis- or evil spirits picked up while listening to "Morbid Angel"

which engine do you have? The 4 cylinder or the 6? If it is the 4, I would first suspect a head gasket. If the 6, my first thought is intake manifold gasket. Either way, the first step is a compression test, and verify the problem. Either way, do NOT drive it very much, or you will damage the bearings, particularly the babbit bearing for the cam. Damage them and you are looking at a rebuild, not a simple repair.
