I have a 2000 Pontiac GrandAm GT coupe. The battery is new but the car keeps losing power. What could this be?

It could be that something is draining the power when the car is off. It could be that the alternator is not charging the battery.

It is probly that your alternator is not putting out the power that it should be. Try checking all the wiring that goes to and from the alternator and also check the wires that go to and from the battery.
