Car won't start after tune-up and fuel filter change

Once i try to start it my car will turn over but
not start plugs and wires are correct but still
no start like it has no gas

If you are getting a good spark and you are sure the lead wires are attached to the correct plugs, investigate your fuel filter installation. Maybe there is a blockage that is preventing fuel flow or your fuel pump has died.
