inside Floor board lights by feet will not turn off, is there a seperate switch to turn off?

The floor lights on driver and passenger sides will not turn off.  these are lights located by feet area.  Is there a separate switch that will manually turn them off?

Check the door jam switches for when the door shuts to turn them off maybe its broke. or dash dimmer switch needs turned, some will let you turn on the interior lights when turned all the way up.
