Grand am gt 3.4 dies going uphill

2000 grand am gt runs
perfect until u go up a hill and
after its hot. It'll cut out likely
2 times then suddenly die.
Wont restart without starting
fluid and even then not even
with it sometimes.. Lost!

Checked fuel pressure threw the rail and it sprayed fuel way out past fender. It wont stay runnin/driving long enough to get it to a code scanner 30 mins away. Once it dies its hours b4 it restarts. Even with ether. Buy runs perfect while it is runnin
