The car may not have a dip stick, if it is there it is in the back next to the firewall. If not there is a plug on the side of the trany by the bell-housing area to pull. When fluid runs out, it is full. Try a can of Trans-X additive.

Make sure the RPMs are not revved. It should be about 0750rpms. You'll have to look under your car to get to the transmission plug. It may be a good idea to have a reputable mechanic check this out have you changed the fluid at all?
