When you say its over heating very fast can you see where it is leaking from ?
I have seen a bad head gasket cause an external oil leak. If the water is not leaking out then it must be going out the exhaust pipe. Coolant going out the exhaust indicates bad cylinder head, bad head gasket, cracked engine block and on some cars bad intake manifold gaskets.
check the oil pressure sending unit for you oil leak it can make look like a bad gasket but it is a simpler fix
