my 2000 grand am is running like shit...wont stay started...and when it does start it starts really rough

was driving home and it seemed like some plugs fouled out...when i got it home it
wouldn't start back up...and the starter went bad in the process...so i put new starter
and new plugs in it...i finely got it started but its running just like the day it broke down
and wont stay running...my engine light was on and the code read the o2 censor...but
it didnt run that bad before just when i stopd at a light...i cant figure it out and need
some suggestions
