How do I swap out the resistor pack (fan speed control)  for a 2001 pontiac grand prix GT,, and where is it exactualy

It is attatched to the blower motor.You will have to remove the bottom of the instrument panel on the passanger side,and possibily the glove box to gain access to the blower motor.
