front seat removal

I know the front seat has 4 bolts as all of them say that But i only see the 2 in the back
the front I do not see any whats so over its a 2001 pontiac gram am se 4 door

Normally you need to slide the seats back all the way in order to get to the front two bolts.

There is no front bolts.... remove the two in the back put seat all the way forward and lean the entire seat forward and pull up towards the dash........it hooks into the floor pan in the front.

I found only two bolts at the back of frame removed them,then slid seat to the ery back track, had clear view of frame NO bolts but could see frame front was under carpet, metal from the floor.I pushed the seat back and forth hard a couple times nothing but when I moved seat forward to replace bolts, the back moved about 3/4"to right it hit me the seat slides into the slots under carpet.The note above just confirms this for me,reverse the steps to replace the seat.
