My question was if I could convert 2001Grand Am SE with a 2.4 quad 4 to a 3.4 or 3100 out of a GT of its same or close to same year?

Question type: Car Customization

My 2.4 has a miss till u reach 1200 rpms or
above. Then it runs good but has 220
thousand miles. The body is in great shape
over all. We've got to much tied up in it to get
rid of now. Would it even be worth considering
doin? Or just leave it the way it is and fix the
problem with my 2.4?

Leave it the way it is original and fix the misfire, Don't try and totally change it Unless you really want to tie up $ in it. Save the money for you didn't waste swapping engines and buy what you want latter.
