No brakes, as in pedal goes to floor? Did you bench bleed the master? That can be holding air and it's difficult to bleed it once it's on car, if you already installed without bleeding it then jack car up so master is level, then keep bleeding it and bleeding it.

Yes i bench bled it before installing it replacing wheel cylinders as we speak

And yes pedel gets hard as cars off once its on theres no pedel
